We currently have two opportunities to join the team at Bethanie Fields Aged Care Home in Eaton on a full time basis, working either morning or afternoon shifts.
Bethanie Fields is a 160 bed facility designed specifically to provide support for people who need 24 hour care, including those with special care needs and dementia.

The Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the Facility Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager to provide care and case management across the facility.
- Take immediate action to ensure nursing care is delivered in a safe and effective manner providing direction to enrolled nurses and care workers
- Complete assessment and/or admission requirements
- Maintains an effective referral system to senior nursing staff, medical staff and/or allied health staff
- Ensure that clinical records reflect care, in line with all accreditation standards and legislative requirements
- Provide coaching/mentoring/training to staff where required
About You:
- Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant clinical experience in an aged care environment would be an advantage but is not essential
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to confidently use clinical information systems
- Willingness to obtain any relevant police clearances and vaccinations required
