About the role
We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Kelmscott Residential Age Care Home, on a permanent part time basis. Our fantastic nursing team focuses on providing the absolute best possible care for our patients.
In this role you will have a personalised care approach to residents by supporting their independence, while maintaining an increased level of professionalism and high-quality support to our clinical team, ensuring safe medication administration, and maintaining quality care records.
This position may fit RN's with school aged children, as 6 of 10 shifts available during school hours.
About you
You are an energetic and self-motivated Registered Nurse who is looking to be a part of an enthusiastic and dynamitic team. You’ll have a commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills. While also sharing the same caring approach we have for our residents, and bring:
- Nursing qualification and current AHPRA Registration
- Experience in Aged Care Services with an understanding of current Age Care Quality Standards is preferred.
- Excellent time management and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills with a wide range of people
- COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required.
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
