Registered Nurse - Perth Central Suburbs

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team Central Metro Facilities.

Brightwater are seeking to fill vacant AM & PM  between Monday to Friday, our AM shift typically being 7am to 3.15pm and our PM shift typically between 3pm and 10.15pm

Please note, we are still exploring applications from those seeking casual employment.   Our preference is for those that can commit to a minimum of two days per week (excluding weekends) 

The Role

This positions forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group. This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.

Our central-metro Residential Aged Care facilities include:

Inglewood:
A 128-bed facility located in the heart of Perth’s inner suburbs. This new, state-of-the art facility provides high quality care for people with a range of diverse needs.

The Village:
A 65-bed facility located right next door to our Inglewood facility. The Village has been designed specifically for people living with dementia.

Onslow Gardens:
A 62-bed, recently renovated facility, based in the heart of Subiaco. Onslow Gardens provides high quality care for people with a range of different needs including memory support units.  

Redcliffe:
A 50-bed facility centrally located near the Burswood entertainment district. Redcliffe is a peaceful, suburban home, providing high quality care for people with medium level needs.
Site have a mix of AM and PM shifts available.

To be successful, you will possess the following attributes:

• Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Deliver a strong clinical care service.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach.
• Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients.
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
• First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
• A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check
• Evidence of up-to-date influenza vaccination
