About the Position
Regulation Officer positions at WorkCover WA are diverse roles which assist to achieve the goals, activities and expectations of the Regulatory Services Division.
Key duties of these positions include, but are not limited to:
- Liaising with workers, employers and service providers regarding legislative compliance and regulation standards
- Monitoring stakeholder and service provider compliance and performance
- Monitoring, processing and analysing data
- Responding to queries and requests for information from stakeholders and service providers
- Assisting with the assessment and resolution of complaints, and
- Assisting with the assessment and processing of applications under the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 (the Act).
Skills you will have are:
- Adaptability and flexibility in your approach to employment, with a willingness to work across a variety of areas
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills, and
- Demonstrated time management skills.
Applicants assessed as suitable will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 12 months.
