The ERA is seeking a passionate professional to join us as an Executive Support Officer in our Office of the CEO division for a 12 month contract with the possibility for extension. Further appointments for similar roles may be made from this recruitment process as and when opportunities arise in the next 12 months.

 The ERA is the independent regulator of electricity, gas, water and rail in Western Australia.  The Office of the CEO provides legal, research and communications support to teams throughout the ERA. We also have a strategic function, assisting the CEO to shape organisational culture and promote the ERA to our stakeholders.

 About the role

 The Executive Support Officer provides Executive Support to the CEO and the Chair of the Governing Body. This position facilitates the preparation of relevant documentation and agenda papers for meetings of the Governing Body and ensures all records of the Governing Body are captured in the ERA’s records management system. This position also undertakes general administrative support activities, including providing hospitality services to the ERA.
