We’re looking for a confident and motivated Sales people for a valuable role qualifying warm inbound property investment enquires into appointments for our fun and friendly team!

No Cold Calling! We over-generate abundant inbound qualified leads, have a proven sales process honed over many years of practice, and are proud of our loyal and repeat customer base. 
Our sales process has been revolutionised being 100% over the phone meaning fabulous and effective working environments.

Full and ongoing training with scripts are provided to compliment your natural ability and set you up for success.

You will have flexible arrangements from home and our modern office on the water here in Broadbeach Waters, 2-minute walk into town.

We also have pathways to senior positions with significantly larger commissions in the 450k+ OTE

About You

Ideally, you’ll have over 2 years’ experience working in sales or customer facing roles with a focus on service & relationship selling.

• A top attitude and work ethic
• Naturally motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and accountable for performance
• Polite, warm, calm and inviting telephone manner
• Confident with drive to succeed
• Ability to meet weekly and monthly KPI's
• Some understanding of Property Investment and Superannuation will be favourable, but not a show stopper!
• Ability to build rapport with all kinds of people with the confidence to ask ‘closing’ questions
• Computer literate: G-Suite, MS and a quick learner on a simple CRM
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a close, experienced, young and fun team!
