outsource Financial is looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to join their growing organisation.
As a Relationship Manager your time will be balanced between supporting our existing Members and growing the portfolio and profile of outsource Financial in WA.
Your time will be spent helping brokers grow successful, sustainable businesses through coaching, training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and guidance to brokers to ensure quality practices are undertaken
- Actively recruit new Members to outsource Financial with a balanced mix of experienced and new to industry brokers
- Engage with the wider broker community in WA to raise the profile of outsource Financial
- Assist brokers to identify opportunities and areas of improvement
- Provide technical support and software troubleshooting on software systems
- Assist with lending scenarios
- Conduct new member onboarding and induction
- Monitor and analyse quality, sales and growth of the portfolio
- Identify risks within the portfolio and implement action plans for improvement
- Apply corrective actions where performance gaps are identified
- Ensure brokers are complying with industry and legislative requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- In depth understanding of mortgages and the ability to workshop a deal
- Good understanding of financial analysis
- Strong software skills
- Confidence in presenting and facilitating programs to small groups
- The ability to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Effective at self-motivation and working independently
- A proactive solution-based attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must work well under pressure
- Time management skills
- Excellent prospecting skills
- Relationship Manager experience is preferred but not essential
