As the Manager Remuneration and Reward, you will be responsible for specific projects in these 9 months including:
- Undertaking a review of job design, job hierarchy, pay practices, market position, and benefits approach across Probe CX
- Review the benefits offered and define and develop the overarching benefits strategy to support the total compensation strategy
- Review the commercial/sales practice in developing pricing structures and how that aligns with the remuneration practices and price point
- Contributing to the design and development of maintenance of reward and recognition programs that align with the group's culture, and values,
- Review the various remuneration practices across the Group to assess alignment and changes required to build a cohesive approach to managing remuneration and benefits across the different entities and Geographies
- Refine the incentive strategy for sales and management and implement change in readiness for the new financial year
- Review and assess the pay practices, annual review effectiveness, and merit compensation strategy
In addition, you provide advice and support in relation to operational priorities including:
- Offering consulting advice and partnering with the business on remuneration and reward policy, process, recommendations, and reviews.
- Collaborating with business functions for organisational restructures
- Keeping abreast of external market practices and providing insights on trends in reward and benefits.
- Providing support and analysis of benefits changes, local country legislation, taxation, or other impacts.
- simplifying policies and processes, and providing guidance to the HR team on remuneration reviews and adjustments.
- Providing advice and changes to our key systems and HR policies
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Proven experience in a remuneration and benefits role
- With strong data analytics and HRIS skills (Workday), and advanced Goggle proficiency, Power BI would be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of systems and processes related to remuneration and benefits.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think laterally.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with good presentation skills and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in multiple teams and contribute positively to team culture.
- Understanding of B2B and B2C business models
- Strong commercial orientation and experience in business case models
- Experience working cross-culturally and understanding international remuneration trends and frameworks
