As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Sales team is hiring an EMEA + APAC Renewals Sales Rep to own and drive the renewals process in collaboration with sales and management to preserve and enhance customer relationships. This includes driving the renewal orders, customer communication, identifying expansion opportunities for field sales, and conducting the renewal sales cycle from start to finish.If this sounds like you, read on. - Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust
- Identify customer needs, uncover issues, and demonstrate strong account management abilities to drive renewal opportunity to timely closure
- Fully support to the sales team, partners, and distributors on the renewal sales
- Expert pipeline management and consistent and reliable delivery of quota
- Accurately forecast renewals, identifying any risks and be able to speak to next steps to get the job done
- Collaboration with the sales team to ensure upsell opportunities are identified as early as possible
- Participate in weekly forecast meetings, accurate sales reports, and forecasts for weekly review
- Work closely with the support and training to ensure that customers' technical questions are resolved prior to renewal due date
- Track record in a renewal, sales, or customer service role, preferable within Cybersecurity or Information technology
- Proven experience in the ME region
- Fluent in both English and Arabic languages
- Tenacious and target-orientated to meet/exceed goals
- Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills, presentation skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Ability to motivate oneself when working remotely
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Great time management experience to be able to juggle multiple priorities
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Strong MS Excel Skills
