Our Reservations Agents will be an integral part of our Fullerton Hotel Sydney guest contact team and will report to our Reservations Manager. This is a 7-day-per-week department where all of our direct calls and room reservations are handled in-house. There is potential to progress to a Team Leader and beyond based on performance.

About The Department
Reservations sit within our internal guest contact centre and are responsible for handling incoming calls, room and restaurant reservations, In-room dining orders and other guest requests. Our Fullerton Express & Reservations team is proactive, detailed, welcoming and true professionals at delighting our guests throughout their stay over the phone.

About The Role
As a Reservations Agent you will be required to:
- Handle incoming room reservations calls and inquiries upselling our packages and different accommodation options
- Answer in-house and external guest calls
- Accommodate the requests and varied needs of all guests
- Provide guests with recommendations or referrals and upsell the hotel's services and facilities.
- Follow up on all requests and complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Answer and process reservation inquiries
- Assist with other projects as requested by Shift Leaders and the Reservations Manager
- Uphold Fullerton standards and the hotel's policies and procedures
The Requirements
- Opera PMS experience highly advantageous
- Previous Front Office GSA or Reservations experience highly regarded
- Clear & confidently spoken communication skills.
- Excellent personal presentation
- True passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Availability to work shifts which will include weekends
- Thorough follow up, strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
