Residential Building Manager

We are looking for an experienced Building Manager to manage a portfolio of Buildings within beautiful Breakfast Point. You will be working from a centrally located office with a team of Building Managers (each with their own portfolio). You’ll be responsible for making sure the site is running smoothly as well as providing exemplary customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

As a part of this exciting role, your key contributions will include:

• Taking the lead in inspecting common areas, ensuring safety and compliance are not just maintained but exemplified
• Crafting detailed reports and highlighting case developments, turning data into stories that drive decision-making
• Collaborating with and managing all service providers assigned to the property, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard
• Actively participating in and contributing your unique insights to committee meetings, helping to shape the future of the property
• Providing valuable recommendations to the committees on how to optimise their property management and continuously improve procedures. Your guidance will be instrumental in driving success and innovation.
