Our Building Managers are unique and different, and we need your experience as Building Manager OR Property Manager to run our vibrant and active residential development in Greater Sydney.
This role is perfect for the Building Manager or Property Manager who is seeking a bit more. Being the 1st point of contact for the residents, your excellent communication, solution and customer focused approach and attention to detail and procedure will secure your career with Meriton in the residential business.
Initially, you will be located at a Residential Building to get on-site training and thereafter you will manage your own building.
With your Certificate of Registration in Real Estate or a Real Estate License, you will perform leasing duties such as advertising, open for inspections, periodic inspections as well as manage turnover in the residential apartment development. You will have a team of Operational Managers as well as a supportive team of property managers at Head Office to support you. Saturday work will be essential and is normally only 4 hours.
