Position Description

• Oversee daily operations of the Restaurant and Bar
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience
• Manage inventory, budgets, and staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work closely with the marketing department to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and increase revenue.
• Coordinate and oversee special events, private functions, and catering services to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Position Requirements

• Previous experience in Restaurant and Bar management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
