We are looking for a candidate who aligns with our work ethic and passion for guest experience.
Supported by the General Manager, Brand Director and Executive Chef, you will work with your team to achieve daily deliverables and big picture targets whilst creating a flawless dining atmosphere and ensuring an outstanding looking venue with a driven team.
Successful candidates will have a strong knowledge of operational management, team leadership, guest journey experience, financial management and business acumen within the hospitality industry.
They will possess:
- Previous experience in a Senior Restaurant Manager role within a premium dining environment
- An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals
- A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
- Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met
- A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business
- Experience in a large operation, managing a team of 40+ Front of House team members
