Responsible for assisting the team to take our resorts food offering to the next level – providing value and quality dining in a regional resort relaxed setting.
Reporting to the Owner you will be across kitchen operations, seasonal menu development, special events and functions.
Main tasks
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: -

Overseeing daily restaurant operations
Planning menus in consultation with the Chef and Director
Managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service
Ensure restaurant and kitchen comply with health regulations by being clean, functional and of suitable appearance. Implementingandmaintainingqualitystandards
Maintaining records of stock and financial transactions
Handling inventory and ordering supplies
Take reservations, greet guest and take orders. Resolve customer complaints efficiently
Event planning and Management
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase revenue of The Grand Oaks Resort
Salary range $70,000 to $80,000 per annum Plus Superannuation.
