One of their newer restaurants to the group is in need of an experienced Restaurant Manager who understands and appreciates grab and go side of casual dining.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead a team of 25+ including a full leadership team of Assistant Restaurant Managers and Supervisors, drive revenue growth, partner with local community groups, create a team culture that fosters belonging and connectedness, and deliver a guest experience that captures people hearts.
Our client invest in all of their people, and when they identify assets in the business they will go above and beyond to present opportunity at a Operations Manager and/or joint venture Partner level.
What You'll Get In Return

- A roster with true balance - you will need to have open availability being the main Manager, however, they expect you to design a roster that works for you (flexible with requests and no late nights)
- Not a late night operation. Most evenings closed by 10pm
- You'll have regular face time with an Operations Manager who will treat you like a family member and help support your own development plan
