We are seeking an experienced full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team and take the helm of our establishment, if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in team management, and have a keen eye for operational excellence.
Position: Full-time Restaurant Manager, The Grand Oaks Resort.
Salary : $70,000 ~ $ 80,000 per year, plus superannuation
Location: Beechworth, Vic
Responsibilities:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant operations. Your main duties will include:
- planning menus in consultation with Chefs
- planning and organising special functions
- Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods and stocks according to budget.
- Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
- Training, supervising and managing staff and providing them with feedback.
- Responding to customer complaints.
- Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards.
- Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
- Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years hospitality management experience
- Have a positive upbeat outlook on life.
- Enjoys working in fast paced team.
- Flexibility to work as required on a changing roster, most importantly weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Experience in additional duties, stocktake, ordering, financials etc.
