We're are a Modern Australian Chinese restaurant located in the heart of Redfern. Redfern is an area growing in great dining and drinking spots with an engaged community of great locals who love to dine out.
We’re looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to run the day to day operations of Redbird. You must be customer focused; creating great experiences for our guests as this is a floor based role. Night shifts and weekends are a pre-requisite of this role. You will supported by an amazing assistant manager and a small team of professionals who have been trained well ensuring we deliver exceptional & knowledgable service in line with our one hat in the SMH Good Food Guide. Your role is to ensure our standards continue to improve with every service. We are a wine focused venue with guests who love wine as much as we do. You will require exceptional knowledge of wine as your role will be to help curate the wine list keeping it with the 3 glass rating we currently hold. We are detail focused and are looking for someone with the same mindset and vision.

- Experience managing all aspects of a hatted venue.
- A passion for training and developing knowledgable staff
- Hands on leader with a focus on ensuring the services run smoothly.
- Advanced knowledge of food & wines is essential to this role.
- Advanced level 3 WSET or equivalent is preferred.
- Committed to the role and your career.
- First Aid Certified
