Qualifications & experience
- Extensive food and wine knowledge.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hold a current NSW RSA certificate.
- Ability to exhibit a cheerful, hardworking and helpful attitude.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting the restaurant manager with the day to day running of the restaurant.
- Running shifts in the absence of the Manager
- Lead from the front, ensuring your team understand what exceptional looks like everyday
- Develop the skills of the staff around you, through training and guidance.
