Retail Operations Associate

Join our retail credit operations team in Banking and Financial Services, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make a positive impact. We provide post settlements supports to fulfil our customer value proposition via delivery of service, advice, investigations, risk mitigation reviews and assistance on remediations across home loan, car loan and credit cards.

What role will you play? 

Working with both internal and external stakeholders you will collaborate to deliver a premium service experience. You will work closely with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, exercising discretion, problem solving and common sense to deliver a personalised service that is in line with our values. 

What you offer 

• Previous experience in a customer facing, operations or problem solving analytical based role 
• Financial services experience is preferable but not essential 
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment 
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret information and identify areas of improvement
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal enjoy working as a team
