As the Tactical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the sales performance of your stores, through direct sales to customers and store staff training and brand advocacy at selected Telstra stores in Australia. Each Tactical Sales Specialist will have assigned a store where they are to deliver an exceptional Google experience to store staff and customers that lead to sales and an increase in sales footprint.

An interest in tech is essential, previous experience in a sales role desirable, paid training provided.

Key Responsibility Areas:
Manage all Pixel product related customer enquiries.
Recommend the right device and accessories (Watch, Buds, Cases) for the right customer based on their needs.
Manage all customer switching work streams related to Pixel utilizing the Switching Support Hotline and support tools.
Provide an educative experience to customers on the benefits of Pixel and ecosystem products.
Help other Telstra members in store with queries relating to Pixel - Be the Pixel Expert, particularly if the Ph.G Pro isn’t in-store
Demonstrating key features and benefits of the Pixel using their provided handset or in store demo
Successful candidate requirements:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (i.e. verbal, written, group presentation and through facilitation)
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment.
Proven sales-related customer engagement experience with demonstrated KPI results gained within a similar retail sales environment preferably gained within the technology category.
General understanding of Google products
Previous experience in consumer electronics and/or retail
High standards of customer service and relationship building with excellent communication skills.
Genuine passion, understanding and application of technology.
Outgoing and energetic personality.
High energy levels with a passion to work within a team.
Impeccable standards of personal grooming.
Available to work Monday to Friday including Thursday evening and weekends
Own a car and a clean driving license.
