Excellent opportunity for a Risk and Compliance candidate within wealth management to gain broad, end-to-end exposure.
Our client is a boutique wealth and funds management business looking for an experienced Risk and Compliance professional to join their lean function. You will be working directly with the Head of Risk and Compliance and gain broad exposure.Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Ongoing monitoring and review of compliance obligations and risk management frameworks.
- Conducting Risk and Compliance monitoring activities and risk assessments.
- Reviewing promotional materials and product disclosures.
- Managing incidents, breaches, and complaints.
- Developing and delivering compliance training.
- Developing, implementing, and updating policies and procedures.
- Keeping up to date with regulatory and legislative changes.
- Providing Risk and Compliance advice to the business.
- Circa 3-5 years risk, compliance, and assurance experience.
- Background in wealth management or funds management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a lean environment and willingness to be hands-on.
