This role will take full responsibility for the management of key functions within my clients software business across Risk and Compliance.

This role will take full responsibility for the management of key functions within my clients software business,

• Customer risk assessments and approvals
• KYC/KYB/CTF/Match monitoring
• Daily processing approvals
• Future frameworks design
• Contribution to financial services and standards certifications
• Liaising with bank and card acquiring partners as well as relevant government bodies.
• Working with external service providers, technology vendors and risk advisory

Whilst decisioning tools are in place and provide global red flag status of businesses, an inquisitive mind is required to oversee existing and new customer behaviour monitoring for potential fraud or any other risk forward activities.
Ideally our newest team member will have demonstrable experience in a position of financial responsibility, preferably a financial services business where risk management is key and financial licence requirements/scheme regulations are to be met.
Contributions or enhancements to our current risk management processes would be welcome.
Requirements:
5+ years in a Mid to Senior level experience in a financial role in accounting, banking, insurance or general risk.

• CPA or any Australian qualification or official clearance in the financial arena (non essential)
• Understanding of KYC, KYB, CTF, AML topics
• Business process reviews and enhancements
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Diligence and consistent time availability for critical daily tasks.
• Experience in a customer facing role.
