The Role:
The Rostering Coordinator will need to manage with Our client's carers, participants, and key contacts. Previous rostering experience, not specifically across disability care, is required.
To be successful in this role you will need a passion for problem solving and strong resilience. Additionally, proactive behaviour and clear communication skills are vital. The role is reporting to the Operations Manager with opportunities to develop and build into a leadership role.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Coordinate rostering requirements aligned to participants' needs and support plans
- Communicating roster changes to relevant support workers
- Optimise staff availability to maximize efficiency
- Ensuring good administrative process and maintaining up to date documentation
- Engaging with all stakeholders in a professional manner
- Support with the organizations policies, procedures, and values
Your Skills
You should possess excellent communication skills and have a commercial awareness of most business functions. You will need the ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders. You will be required to promote the Company's brand and image in a positive and professional manner.
