The Role
- Coordination of staff work rosters with client schedules to ensure rostering is logistically sound and meets both staff and client needs
- Go-to person for developing and administering employee rosters
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise, alterations, cancellations and absences
- Key point of contact for participants, support workers, and management, responding to queries promptly
- Handle phone calls, emails and communications related to rostering
- Manage and maintain client management systems including PRODA, rostering systems and rostering timesheet systems
- Experience with rostering for Aged Care and Disability Services
- Knowledge and skill with portals and programs such as, PRODA, Rostering Systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a similar role is required, particularly knowledge of best practice rostering procedures in a similar industry
- Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with staff, participants and managers to coordinate shifts.
- Ability to build effective relationships with participants, their families/carers and medical personnel to facilitate a person centred support structure
