Organisation
Carringbush Adult Education is a community based not for profit Registered Training Organisation (RTO) which delivers a range of education, community development and case work support programs primarily to diverse community members who are residents of the Richmond and Collingwood public housing estates.
About the role
As the Compliance Manager, you will be entrusted with ensuring that Carringbush adheres to RTO accreditation standards, government regulations and contracts. You will keep a close eye on policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date with the ever-evolving regulatory landscape. By providing guidance to management and staff, you will foster a culture of compliance throughout the organisation. Regularly reporting to management, you will provide valuable insights into the adequacy of compliance procedures and recommend necessary actions or changes to mitigate risks effectively.
Our Ideal Candidate
- comprehensive understanding of the Skills First Funding Contract, ASQA Standards for RTOs, and the Australian Qualifications Framework?
- preference for Part Time work
- experience with the VET Quality Framework, including the Standards for Registered Training Organisations.
- good experience with the Victorian Skills First Funding Contract.
- relevant qualifications and previous experience in compliance management within the not-for-profit or education sector
