The Opportunity

EEA Group Sydney branch has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic sales driven individual to join the team as a Sales Account Manager for our construction and earthmoving equipment in the North Sydney, North M4, Sydney Metro Area. This role will have you selling
Case Construction Equipment, LiuGong Excavators, Wheel Loaders and Rollers and Cast Loaders as well as a growing product range as the company expands and diversifies. The emphasis will be on proactively hunting for new business, and the successful applicant is expected to grow the market share in this region across all product groups.
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships in an existing network of customers within the territory
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities (ie: Daily cold calling with targets/prospecting for new business)
- General marketing, trade shows and related networking activities
- Accurate reporting of current and prospective activity, growth potential, market and competitor analysis
- Meeting market share expectations and other KPI’s provided by Management
What will put you ahead of the pack:
- Demonstrated sales experience and success. NOTE: If you are invited to attend an interview you will be required to discuss examples of your previous sales hunting success.
- Previous employment in a similar position or industry is preferred.
- Genuine desire to deliver EEA Group’s Promise of Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- A motivated and competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets and earn lucrative $$$
- Confident, courteous and professional communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously
- A current driver’s license and ability to travel frequently
