Sales & Account Manager

The Role
We’re seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager with Warehouse Operations experience to join us delivering Workforce Optimisation solutions to FMCG, RETAIL and 3PL Warehousing and DC Operations.
As WA Sales Manager, you’ll win new accounts, and leverage existing relationships to sell and up-sell our market-leading services into.
You’ll be based in Perth and will work with the Operations team to deliver on commitments. You’ll also work with interstate colleagues to drive and support national opportunities.
Day to Day Duties & Responsibilities
- New business development.
- Site visits and F2F meetings, tailoring solutions to meet clients’ needs.
- Quoting and presenting to prospects and clients.
- Recording and reporting activity using our CRM
To be considered, you will possess:
- Solid B2B solution-based knowledge and sales experience in FMCG, RETAIL and 3PL Warehousing and DC Operations.
- Warehousing / DC Operations experience – preferably with receiving and outbound teams
- Sound Account Management Skills across varying levels of management.
- Good time management, presentation, reporting, written and verbal communication skills.
