- Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and SEO.
- Proven experience creating and executing business sales plans.
- Heavy vehicle industry and product knowledge (advantage)

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Create and regularly review and update the business Sales Plan / Strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Set targets and monitor performance.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns.
- Monitor and review SEO and online platforms.
- Analyse sales data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management and team meetings.
- Prepare and send regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments and external contacts, such as marketing, product development and I.T to support sales efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Manage sales budgets and expenses effectively.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes, strategies, and performance.
