SalaryOur client is a growing flooring specialist in Tamworth looking for an enthusiastic and passionate sales and admin member to join their small team. Our client specialises in floor coverings such as carpets, vinyl, timber floating floors and laminate.
What will you do in this role:
- Be the face of the business by welcoming customers into the showroom.
- Liaise with customers to ensure an exceptional showroom experience.
- Work with customers to provide knowledge and information around their individual flooring requirements.
- Deal with sales enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, via email and web.
- Manage the website and Facebook page to ensure timely replies.
- Liaise with representatives and maintain relationships whilst continuously improving knowledge about products.
- Measuring, pricing and providing quotes.
- Ensuring stock is available when requested and in the warehouse when needed.
