Sales Administration Trainee.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administration Trainee to join our small team located in Dingley Village. We need someone who is focused and passionate about helping people and making a difference to their lives.

Full training will be provided.
Pay Rate and Hours: $50,000 Per Annum Plus Superannuation.
You must be available for at least 35 hours a week between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
You will require:
General Administration Skills including a Polite and Confident Phone Manner.

Driver’s License Accompanied by a Reliable Car.
You will be:
Making sure all employee induction packs are complete - Certificates, licences and compliance documents are all collected and saved in the correct places and filed accurately.
Ensuring all, old and new, employees are uploaded to Vincere Recruitment Platform.
Taking initial calls, gathering information about potential candidates and recording accurate comprehensive notes.
Completing reference checks.
Reading, understanding and analysing Resumes.
Going a step further and being inquisitive.
Seeing the potential in people.
Completing basic sales reports.
Preparing Documents.
Liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
Assisting multiple internal team members.
What you’ll be working towards:
Eventually we would love for you to be trained in external sales and site inspections.
