As part of Sabel Group, our Vitag brand is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our Electronic Article Surveillance (anti shop lifting security tag systems) sector. This pivotal role focuses on nurturing major accounts, exploring new business avenues, and being a proactive force in the retail and security industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, helping with general inquiries, prices, product codes, etc
- Organising quotes and taking orders for small accounts
- Assisting BDM’s with their accounts for small and repeat orders, quotes and projects
- Confirm and update customer details if required upon order entry
- Basic trouble shooting with customers if product not working when needed.
- RMA/Warranty replacement process. Initiate and follow up on to resolve as needed
- Entering orders as needed for emails received to various generic email addresses
- Follow up on status of deliveries and resolve issues
- Responding to enquiries on Sabel and Vitag websites via the Live Chat function
- Issuuing of orders on daily basis tob warehouse for picking
- Approve contractor invoices/monthly subscription invoicing for accounts processing
- Create service calls for installations and service calls as needed in conjunction with the Service Manager
- Create and allocate jobs in GeoOp online portal for technicians Australia wide in conjunction with the Service Manager
- Create shipping connotes for daily deliveries out of warehouse
- Keep Showroom/sales kits updated
- Other adhoc assistance as needed
