Sales Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in sales and/or business administration and excels in a busy team environment. Our successful applicant will be a people person and love the banter and day-to-day interaction with their peers.

Your role

This opportunity involves working as part of the Sales department, supporting the team, our customers, and all business stakeholders to ensure we are delivering on our company tagline – Experience Excellence.

This role is a great step for someone looking to upskill their sales and/or administration knowledge, team coordination, or ultimately wishing to enter the sales workforce as a sales professional. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing general support to the sales team and sales management.
• Manage all sales received orders, data entry, and administration.
• Document / Proposal preparation.
• Create, generate, maintain, and report on all forms of sales data.
• Running end-of-period reports
• Maintaining the organisation and coordination of the sales team's daily activities and deliverables.
• Support and coordinate the sales meeting process, agenda and attendance.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly motivated with a passion for providing great support.
