Job Description:

• We are seeking a self-motivated Class One Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team.
• The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for the real estate industry.
• As a representative of our agency, the candidate should be well-groomed, possess their own car, and have a good understanding of the local market.
• The candidate must be willing to work weekends and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Immediate Start available for the successful candidate.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Class One Real Estate License is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in real estate sales.
• Familiarity with local property laws and regulations.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Good knowledge of computer programs including client management platforms.
