Key role requirements include:
- Lead generation - door knocking, letter drops, cold calling, appointment setting
- Buyer management
- Processing property enquiries
- Database management
- Buyer follow up calls
- Attending inspections as required
- Attending open homes and auctions
- Assisting an elite agent with day-to-day matters

The ideal candidate - we'd love to hear from you if you possess:
- Real Estate Sales experience preferred but not a must
- Strong work ethic, huge energy and go getter attitude
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong phone manner
- Able to work with benchmark's
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or call centre
- High caliber presentation
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Ability to work as part of a team
- You are able to take initiative, and offer new ideas
- You genuinely care about people, and pride yourself on the service you deliver
A Real Estate Licence, current NSW Driver's License and reliable car are essential.
