Luxury Retail
The Role:
As the Sales Associate, you will be the direct link between the Product and Customer. You will deliver seamless customer experience as exceptional people delivering an exceptional product, whilst building customer loyalty and relationships, as well as delivering sales productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong sales turnover for the Store in accordance with the store strategy.
- Meet the turnover targets set by the Store Manager.
- Achieve key perfromance indicators defined by the Store Manager.
- Welcome & handle the clients in the respect of the brands standards (in-store, on the phone, by mail or during events).
- Build long term relationships with clients.
- Invite clients to activations and/or events, with post follow-up.
- Participate to the good management of the stock.
- Look after the merchandising.
- Take part on inventory management/stocktake.
Key Skills:
- Experience in the luxury space is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Retail shop floor experience.
- Presentable and displays proper etiquette on the sales floor.
- Excited about working in the luxury space & building relationships with clientele.
