As we continue to expand and grow, we require additional like-minded motivated individuals to join our Residential Sales team.
Please note that any entry-level role in Real Estate Sales will consist heavily of prospecting in different ways. This includes phone calls, door knocking, letterbox drops, social media and other creative ways, therefore, requires a great deal of resilience, drive and motivation.
The position is full-time and will be based in The Hills area. Please note that as a part of this role you will complete a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice which will take between 12 and 24 months. Upon successful completion you will be able to apply for your Class 2 License in Real Estate.
Please be advised that this position will require working on the weekends.

About the prospective candidate:
- You are energetic, keen and motivated to work in Real Estate
- You understand that any beginner role in Real Estate Sales will consist heavily of prospecting in different ways including: phones calls, door knocking, letterbox drops, social media and other creative ways
- You will need to be switched on and have the ability to think on your feet
- You will have a high level of resilience and the ability to be persistent
- You will have a valid Driver License and your own reliable transport
- You will be willing to provide proof of working rights and undertake a police check as well as a personality profile assessment
