The Role & Expectations
- SALES, SALES, SALES - Attend and conduct scheduled Xplosive sales meetings daily
- Don't complain about meeting your 3 KPIs: Update sales pipeline daily & complete your weekly report, follow the sales process and land 2 deals a month - THAT'S IT (if you can't do this self sufficiently don't apply)
- Call high valued prospects for appointments
- Think outside the box to network, get in front of the right decision makers, and recruit other motivated professionals to access their contacts so they can get paid too!
- Determine the right strategic plan for each client
- Implementation and oversight of this strategy and plan with Customer Xperience Managers
- Have dedicated Customer Xperience Managers to streamline your customer’s onboarding process and work with your customers to launch their campaigns with maximum success
- Laser focused and structured sales training in due course
- Diversity and ability to implement new ideas and ventures
- Building out the sales process, recruiting high sales professionals and managing their results creating additional income and earning potential
- Responsible for sales targets and KPI’s
- Working with founders and all team members relevant to your role
- Uncapped commissions and 7 figure earning potential
- Preferred tech knowledge, interest and enthusiasm however, if there is the eagerness to learn about the industry, this will be considered
- Ability to problem solve both individually and collaboratively
- Confidence to contribute and battle test your perspective
- Passion and ability to learn and grow quickly
- Ability to be self motivated and work independently
- Ability to solution sell and use sales experience to create win wins to close deals, not leaving any stone unturned
OTE On Target Earnings
- Completely uncapped earning potential with extraordinary 12 month goals and new product revenue streams
