AddressAs a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue through the promotion and selling of our thrilling jet boating experiences across digital, trade and consumer channels. We are looking for highly motivated and experienced person to join and support our Sydney Sales Team. The Sales Coordinator will be primarily responsible for assisting the Reservations Manager and Senior Sales Team in being the primary contact for third-party resellers, B2B relationships and direct to consumer sales. The role will also include reservations management, admin, basic accounting tasks and work in the operation as required.
This role encompasses social media management, digital marketing campaigns, designing digital/print materials, website updates. Creative thinking and initiative is a must for this role.
The role is full time, generally Monday – Friday, however weekend work (particularly over peak periods including school holidays) is required at times.
Key responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service by making reservations, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Reservations Manager and Sales and Marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
Assist with general administrative tasks and in the operations as needed.
Day to day administration of social media platforms.
Requirements:
Previous sales and customer service experience preferred (preferably within the tourism/experiences sector).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and outdoors at times.
Experience with digital sales and marketing. Please detail this work including examples of previous work and/or campaigns in your application.
