The position:
Due to growth we seek another Sales Consultant for our APC business.
Selling air filtration products and solutions to original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and resellers/distributors.
Reporting to the Sales Manager for APC, and based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will generate sales across the country from new, dormant and existing customers.
You will be responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships while also managing negotiations, identifying customer needs, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet those needs.
Please note: this position will require domestic and international air travel.
Key position criteria:
· A minimum of 2 years field sales experience
· Know how dust and fumes are extracted in manufacturing sites
· Ability to promote dust filtration to stake holders at different levels of decision making (machine operators to CEOs)
· Problem solving skills to identify customer needs, analyse challenges, and propose suitable solutions that address specific requirements and improve system performance
· Client relationship management skills and openness to feedback
· Excellent presentation, analytical and numerical skills
· Ability to operate with honesty, integrity and ethical standards
· Australian residency.
Key position responsibilities:
· Generate sales nationally to maximise sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
· Establish and manage effective programs & strategies to ensure sales and profit targets are met
· Collaborate with APC Sales Manager in establishing and recommending realistic sales goals
· Participate in relevant APC Global training programs and attend seminars relevant to Camfil Air Pollution Control
· Develop and maintain a high level of market presence and credibility.
