About the Role:
Join us on the brighter side of customer service, as you assist RPM clients in their journey towards homeownership. As a sales associate, your initial primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to customers and internal stakeholders, covering various tasks relating to ongoing and completed projects to provide you with the knowledge you'll need on site.
With your strong drive and intention to excel in sales, you will have the opportunity to transition into a dynamic role, where you will be selling our masterplan communities!
What will a day look like?
- Providing post-sales support to clients across multiple projects
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly via phone and email
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups
- Managing the settlement process, including maintaining records of rebates, referrals, promotions, settlements risk phone calls, and client updates
- Performing general administrative duties
- Assisting in the maintenance and utilisation of our CRM system

We are looking for an outgoing and motivated candidate who is eager to embark on the next stage of their career. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and traits:
- Friendly and personable, with exceptional customer service skills
- Clear and precise communication
- Proficiency in using Excel and Word
- Previous experience with CRM systems is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Valid Agents Rep Certificate (desirable but not essential)
