We need customer-focused Internal Sales Consultants to join us on the next level.
This position involves providing solutions for Removal & Storage services Australia wide. This is an inbound role with no cold calling.
The role
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate removal and storage solutions.
- Handling high volume internal sales leads.
- Provide accurate quotes and detailed information about our services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Sales support to our nationwide external Sales Consultants.
About you
- You’re a self-starter who enjoys working independently and in a supportive team environment.
- You're customer focused and love providing solutions
- You’re resilient and adaptable to change
- You have strong computer skills with the ability to multi-task
- Previous exp. in Storage and Removals or Logistics advantageous
