Tanda is seeking a passionate and ambitious individual who is looking to jump-start their career in software sales. This role will be based in our Brisbane office at 545 Queen Street and report to our Head of Sales, David Fleming. Whether you are a graduate looking for outstanding training, long-term career in software and uncapped commission or keen on a career change with this role comes extensive training in effective sales strategies to best prepare you to successfully prospect new customers.

Core Responsibilities
- Proactively make calls to drive sales by reaching out to prospective clients and utilising marketing emails to increase their awareness of workforce management best practice
- Build ongoing meaningful relationships with target accounts for latter sales
- Effectively manage a list of allocated target accounts, ensuring to establish a thorough understanding of their operations, decision-makers, and key business indicators
- Arrange calls and meetings with relevant decision-makers for our Account Executives to close
- Liaise with marketing and take ownership of sourcing new accounts for your pipeline
About You

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Human Resources preferred although not required

David Fleming Head of Sales
David has over 20 years of experience in sales & marketing. His experience spans agency work in advertising as well as talent management for international sports stars. Before joining Tanda David scaled and later sold his own tech company to the NYSE-listed Equifax.
Nick Braban Industry Partnerships
Before joining Tanda, Nick was a Tanda customer, working as the General Manager of a hospitality group. Across a 20-year career in hospitality, Nick has managed local venues including managing the GPO Hotel, The Wickham Hotel, and The Met nightclub as well as owning his own venues.
