POSITION SUMMARY
City Fleet Sitrak is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to sell our premium line of trucks, fostering strong relationships with existing clients while expanding our customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to our mission of redefining the heavy vehicle industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prospect, identify, and nurture potential clients while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
• Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend suitable truck solutions from our Sitrak Range.
• Collaborate with the support operations and accounts team to ensure smooth and efficient processing of sales orders
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting the features, benefits, and value of our products
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
• Establish trust and credibility as the go-to resource for heavy vehicle solutions
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Sitrak Range, including technical specifications, benefits, and competitive advantages

SELECTION CRITERIA
• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably in the automotive or heavy vehicle industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Adept at using CRM software and other sales tools
• Knowledge of heavy vehicle industry trends and competitors
• Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism
