Responsibilities:
- Outbound sales activities to prospects through phone and email connections.
- Build relationships with prospective clients through a consultative sales approach.
- Working alongside the wider Australian sales team to increase awareness of their solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting, cold calling, discovery, setting meetings to handing over opportunities to the sales teams.
- Market analysis and competitive advantage awareness.
- 1-2+ years of sales experience (ideally over the phone) - Tech sales, real estate, recruitment, telco sales etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced an high energy environment.
- Passionate about sales as a career.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a focus on individual and team targets.
- Tech-savvy and ability to quickly learn systems and software
- Up to $65 - $70 000 base + Super + $20k commission + Benefits
