Responsibilities:
- Prospecting cold leads to find new sales opportunities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including cold calling and email
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the client's requirements and which product can help them, to qualify leads for the sales team
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
- Work closely with the sales leadership team and share valuable market and competitor insights
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly for lead generation and qualification
- 3+ years of experience as an SDR in B2B SaaS sales is essential, this is not an entry level role
- Experience in an end-toe-end SDR role, and ability to prospect cold leads
- Strong interpersonal skills, you love speaking to customers and chasing new business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools
