The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering and developing relationships with Industrial end users across NSW (mainly Sydney) Â

Here's what it takes to be part of our team:
- A proven track record of nurturing and expanding business relationships
- Experience in value-based selling
- 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Technical aptitude, especially in selling complex products
- Mastery in managing your time and territory and customer spends
- A driven, goal-oriented mindset
- Eligibility to live, drive, and work in Australia
Roles Responsibilities include:
- Building, maintaining, and growing the All-Pumps brand and products into growing markets (mix of new and existing customers, majority existing)Â
- Delivering stellar customer experiences that resonate with our brand values
- Based in Sydney NSW, with travel to different parts of the state as requiredÂ
- Participate in weekly Sales Meetings with the team and overcome hurdles as a teamÂ
- Providing accurate sales forecasts by product and customer
- Ensuring the annual sales and marketing plan objectives and targets are successfully implementedÂ
- Engaging with engineers to ensure solutions are the most reliable for applicationsÂ
- Upholding utmost integrity in all dealingsÂ
- Maintaining all sales-related tasks and activities in user-friendly CRM system (Pipedrive)
- Understanding and acting on customer needs decisivelyÂ
- Regularly meeting with key accounts to strengthen bonds (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Embracing continuous learning in this ever-evolving field
- You are not required to be an Engineer to do this role successfullyÂ
