Sales Executive - Construction manufacturing

Now Careers are currently recruiting a Sales Executive for a leading steel manufacturer in Western Sydney. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and sectors.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and production, to support sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the steel or related industry.
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
