The Sales Executive role supports the Agency Sales team to achieve their revenue targets by providing admin support, including but not limited to assistance in preparing for internal stakeholder meetings, client meetings / presentations, and other ad hoc duties as required. This role requires a high level of detail and accuracy to ensure information is accurately stored and recorded appropriately on internal platforms and systems.

What you'll do
- Type, collate and source information for all correspondence and requests from the Account Management team.
- Ensure briefs are kept up to date regularly for forecasting purposes.
- Develop detailed knowledge of all inventory and products.
- General administrative support as required by the team.
- Assist with scheduling campaigns where required.
- Post campaign reporting.
- Proof of posting requests and delivery.
- Have an open, honest and respectful relationship with all salespeople within the company.
- Deliver on your own personal development KPIs.
- Develop high-end proposals and other sales documents.
- Maintain consistent and professional relationships with all clients and stakeholders
What you'll bring
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Advanced level PowerPoint and Photoshop.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- A good working knowledge of media agencies and how they operate
