On the back on continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our established team of motivated and dedicated professionals. With a focus on the next stage of growth in Brisbane this role will focus primaly on new business while still providing support to a small portfolio of customers. As a key role to growing our network, this role would suit a motivated, sales focused professional that demonstrates a high energy and attention to detail.
You would bring a passion for service, a drive to succceed while working closely with our operations team to provide innovative and full account solutions for our customers.
The Role:
- Develop and implement our strategic plans to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and drive business value.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management.
About you:
- Proven track record of success in developing pipelines and drive revenue growth, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of transport industry is a plus.
